Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Q: Is my personal information safe?

A: We do not share customer information with any 3rd parties. The only information we use is your email address and shipping address to ship your order and contact you if necessary. Payment information is never stored on our website.

Q: How old do I have to be to make a purchase?

A: We require all purchases to be completed by someone of legal age. The age is determined on the state/country level. Some states will allow purchases made by minors that have parental permission. By agreeing to our terms of service at checkout, you are confirming the purchase is being made legally.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Buyers are allowed to make changes to or cancel orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Q: Do I receive an invoice for my order?

A: Yes, you will receive an invoice once the order is fully processed. It will be sent to the email address used when you placed your order.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Once you place your order, there is a 24-36 hour processing time. There is 3-5 business days for production and then whatever shipping method you choose at checkout.
