A: Due to the custom nature of the products we offer, all sales are final. We will only exchange items that are damaged. Exchanges cannot be done for incorrect sizing or ‘change of mind’.
A: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to support[at]strictlysoca.com.
A: Due to their nature, we have a final sale policy on a)Promotion/Overstock items and b)all undwear and products that are used orally or are deemed hygienic products.
A: Please complete a RMA form located here. You must have submitted your item(s) with a carrier and supply tracking information with 14 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. If the item is deemed defective, a replacement will be shipped out to you immediately.
