Q: How long does the shipping/delivery take?

A: Once you place your order, there is a 24-36 hour processing time. There is 3-5 business days for production and then whatever shipping method you choose at checkout. We have items that ship from all parts of the globe, so those origin points will affect the length of any individual shipment/order. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

Q: When can I get the Tracking Number and how can I track my shipment?

Tracking Number(s) usually takes 3-5 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days to update your tracking information. You can view your shipment tracking here. If you don’t receive tracking number within 5 business days, please send us an email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, countries we ship to are listed on our international shipping list. We fulfill orders from the US, EU and Asia depending on the shipping address of the order.

Q: What about Customs Fees?

A: Unfortunately customs fees are subject to the buyer; we will not be able to assist with customs fees. Please check with your customs department prior to purchasing for additional information.

Q: What if my order is extraordinarily late?

A: We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, or back end charges incurred.
